IIMBE was founded in March 2020 by Steve Appleby, David Foley, and Toby Maple. We’ve spent our careers working at the intersection of built-environment delivery and digital execution, helping organisations turn intent into outcomes that last.
Our roots are in information management, digital engineering and BIM, not as an end in themselves, but as practical tools to reduce complexity, surface risk early, and support confident delivery and long-term performance.
